Ms Jackie is AMAZING!!! At the time my husband and I were searching for a house, our children were very young. We would often times bring our children along as we didn't have a babysitter. Having an empty house for little toddlers to run freely in was heaven on earth for my kids. Not once did Ms. Jackie remove the smile from her face. She understood completely that kids were just going to be kids and I believed that helped my husband and I deal with the stress of house buying with two small kids in tow. Ms. Jackie was EXTREMELY patient with us, willing to drive from one end of Louisville to another end all in the same visit. I loved how knowledgeable she was and honest about the properties she showed us. I felt she truly had our best interest at heart and wasn't out to just get a quick sale.
